Tasting Notes: Les Vaucrains is one of the most highly regarded Premier Cru vineyards in Nuits-Saint-Georges, sitting just below the Grand Cru boundary. It is known for producing wines of exceptional power and longevity. Deep ruby with complex aromas of dark cherry, blackcurrant, iron, leather and forest floor. The palate is full-bodied with firm, structured tannins, great concentration and an exceptionally long finish. A cellar-worthy Premier Cru that will reward patience.
