VINIFICATION
Those grape varieties, which have different maturity dates, are vinified separately then blended before being aged in tanks at least one year, to allow the wine to find it's balance between structure and tannins.
TASTING
Intense colour with purple tints.
Beautiful shine and complexity in the nose. We can find the original aromas of this wine : camphor, moccha, zan, graphite, smoke and blackberry.
Freshness in the mouth, it's an elegant and silky balance.FOOD AND WINE PAIRING
This wine will seduce you with meat in sauce but also with game and strong cheeses.
