Appellation: Montagne Saint-Emilion AOC. Grapes: Merlot dominant, Cabernet Franc. Ageing: 14–16 months in French oak. Food Pairing: Beef fillet, braised short ribs, truffle dishes. Cellaring: 8–15 years.
