Château Feytit Lagrave is a small, artisan estate in the heart of Pomerol, one of Bordeaux's most prestigious and sought-after appellations. The estate's iron-rich clay soils — the hallmark of the finest Pomerol terroir — produce wines of remarkable richness, texture, and complexity.
The 2020 vintage is exceptional, widely regarded as one of the finest in Pomerol for a generation. Deep ruby with a sumptuous nose of ripe plum, black cherry, truffles, and dark chocolate. Silky and voluptuous on the palate with perfectly ripe tannins and an extraordinarily long, mineral finish.
Appellation: Pomerol AOC. Grapes: Merlot dominant, Cabernet Franc. Ageing: 18 months in French oak. Food Pairing: Beef Wellington, roasted lamb, foie gras. Cellaring: 10–20 years.
