More pliable than the St. Joseph Reflets, very much in the vein of classic Côte-Rôtie. An excellent wine of beautiful floral red berry fruits and red cherry flavours; bright and elegant but intense, gorgeously uplifting fruit sprinkled with salt and pepper with earthier tones of cedar and oregano. This has so much poise, precision and class. 100% Syrah Côte-Rôtie from 30-year-old vines situated near Ampuis. Bottling takes place in the second spring following the vintage.
