Pouilly-Vinzelles is a small appellation neighbouring Pouilly-Fuissé in the Mâconnais, producing elegant Chardonnays from limestone and clay soils at altitude.
Pale gold with green tints. Fresh nose of green apple, lemon zest, white flowers, and mineral chalk notes. Crisp and lively on the palate with good acidity and a refreshing finish.
Viticulture: Organic and biodynamic practices. Harvest: Hand-picked with careful sorting. Vinification: Gentle pressing, fermentation in oak barrels with indigenous yeasts. Ageing: In French oak barrels.
