90-92+ Jeb DUNNUCK for PARKER
91-93 Josh RAYNOLDS for TANZER
Wine dark and bright color. Sparkle and elegance on the nose with aromas of black fruit, garrigue, tapenade, but also graphite. The mouth is lovely: sweetness and roundness in attack then the flesh. The finish is long with tannins on the cherry and blond tobacco enhanced with grilled button.
Matches well with stew, grilled red meat, and why not just accompanied by a cigar?
