       Otherwise there is a HK$200 delivery charge, which will be assessed after checkout.

Deliveries Conditions

  • Scheduled Delivery Date: 3 Working days

  • Delivery Time: usually between 2PM to 6PM on the Scheduled Delivery Date.  Please note that the Delivery Time is the anticipated time in which the products will be delivered.  However, actual delivery may occur prior to or after the Delivery Time.

  • If you would like the wine to be delivered on another day (including weekends or up to 10PM in the evening – but need to be after the Scheduled Delivery Date - but sorry, no delivery on Monday), please contact us at sales@lebonvin.hk

  • Please note that the Scheduled Delivery Date may be subject to change due to various factors beyond our control (including adverse weather or traffic conditions).  We will inform you as soon as possible if there are any changes to the Scheduled Delivery Date.

  • For deliveries to outer-laying islands, please contact us.

  • Please indicate your delivery address when checking out through Paypal.  Please ensure the delivery address is correct or shipping maybe delayed.

If you would like to arrange alternative payment options such as cash, cheque or bank transfer, please contact us at sales@lebonvin.hk  Please note that wines are confirmed only once payment is received.

Return and EXCHANGES

  • 1.Subject to point 1.2 below, you are entitled to exchange products which are found to be damaged or not in good condition upon delivery. In such case, you can contact our customer service department (Sales@lebonvin.hk) to make arrangement for exchange within 7 days of receipt. Otherwise under normal circumstances, we would not accept any request for exchange of products or cancellation of orders.

  • 1.2.Wine or champagne above HK$750 per bottle or over 10 years old shall not be refunded in any event.

  • 1.3.If we agree you are entitled to an exchange but the products to be exchanged are sold out, you may return such product to us and apply the amount paid to buy alternative product(s).

  • 1.4.In exceptional case at our sole discretion, we will refund the amount paid to your credit card or bank account (takes about 4-6 weeks).

  • 1.5.Original sales receipt or relevant electronic receipt must be produced to us for the request of a product exchange.

  • 1.6.All gift items must be returned together with the returned products. Otherwise the retail value of the gift item would be deducted from the refund.
