A Sancerre made of 40 y.o. vines, loamy limestone, organic farming, spontaneous fermentation, aged on lees in old barrique for 12 months, unfiltered. Bright golden colour. Fresh and fruity nose with gooseberry, green apple, grapefruit and passion fruit on smoky flint stone and chalk. Notes of grass, elderflower and menthol paired with a whiff of honey, yeast, butterscotch and oak. Elegant, fruity, floral and slightly oaky on the palate. Solid body, smooth acidity, med+ finish with grapefruit and chalk.
