To the nose : aromas of ripe red berries, mixed with hints of white pepper.
Melted tannins, nice overall balance and good length on the final.

To be served at 17-18°C with grilled red meats or roasted game with seasonal vegetables.
Perfect with a cheese assortment.

Average Age of Vineyard30 years Vinification : raditional winemaking in stainless steel tanks with micro-bubbling and thermoregulation. Fermentation at low temperature for the best fruit extraction.
