Tasting Notes: Quinta do Noval is one of the Douro Valley's most historic estates. This 10 Year Old Tawny is a blend aged an average of 10 years in small oak barrels. The nose offers enticing aromas of dried apricot, walnut, caramel, and orange zest. Smooth and sweet with a long nutty finish.
 
Pairing: Creme brulee, Blue cheese (Roquefort, Gorgonzola), Walnut tart, Foie gras.
Serve slightly chilled (12-14C).
