The Réserve de Vaudon is the flagship wine of Domaine Drouhin-Vaudon, Drouhin's dedicated Chablis estate. Sourced from premier parcels on Kimmeridgian limestone soils that give Chablis its signature mineral character.
Brilliant pale gold with silver highlights. Intense nose of white flowers, citrus, green apple, and the characteristic flinty, oyster-shell minerality of great Chablis. Crisp, focused and precise with vibrant acidity and an exceptionally long mineral finish.
Viticulture: Organic and biodynamic practices. Harvest: Hand-picked with careful sorting. Vinification: Gentle pressing, fermentation in oak barrels with indigenous yeasts. Ageing: In French oak barrels.
