Deep golden colour with green highlights. Rich and complex nose of white peach, lemon curd, toasted hazelnuts, and a distinctive flinty, stony minerality. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and concentrated with vibrant acidity, excellent length, and a long, mineral finish of great purity and precision. A beautifully crafted Premier Cru of real distinction.

Viticulture: Organic and biodynamic practices since the 1980s–1990s. Low yields to maximise terroir expression.
