Les Embazées is a Premier Cru vineyard in Chassagne-Montrachet, one of the most prestigious white wine villages on the Côte de Beaune. The vineyard sits on classic limestone and clay soils that give Chassagne its characteristic combination of richness, minerality, and finesse.
Brilliant golden colour with green highlights. Complex nose of white peach, lemon curd, hazelnut, and a distinctive flinty minerality. On the palate, the wine is full and rich with excellent concentration, vibrant acidity, and a long, saline mineral finish. A beautifully crafted Premier Cru with real depth and character.
