Produced from the oldest Syrah vines in the heart of the Saint-Joseph appellation on poor granite terroir. Wild dark berries, roasted meat, smoke, black pepper and leather on the nose. Medium to full-bodied with fine, silky tannins and a long, fresh finish. A classic expression of Northern Rhône Syrah with remarkable purity and mineral character.
Grape Variety: 100% Syrah. Selected from the oldest Syrah vines grown on the finest granite plots within the Saint-Joseph appellation.

Soil: Very steep granite slopes in the heart of the Saint-Joseph appellation. The granite terroir imparts the distinctive mineral character and freshness that defines this cuvée.
Harvest: Hand-harvested at very high ripeness. Strict parcel selection to ensure maximum quality and typicity.
Vinification: Slow maceration and fermentation using indigenous yeasts. Whole-cluster fermentation to preserve the natural freshness and aromatic complexity of the Syrah grape.
Ageing: Matured in French oak barrels for 12 to 14 months. Bottled without fining or filtration.
Alcohol: 13% vol. | Cellaring: 8 to 15 years.
