A wine of great breed from one of Burgundy's most prestigious Grand Cru vineyards, straddling the communes of Chambolle-Musigny and Morey-Saint-Denis. The Drouhin parcel is located on the Chambolle side, where the lighter, chalky soils produce wines of exceptional finesse.
Bright, intense ruby-red colour. Complex aromas of Morello cherry (griotte), cherrywood, and raspberry, with a discreet touch of tobacco. As the wine ages, notes of truffle and musk emerge. On the palate, a superb balance between structure and velvety texture, with a remarkably long aftertaste.
Vintage 2021: One of the smallest harvests Burgundy has ever seen, producing harmonious and elegant reds with lower alcohol and a truly Burgundian style — fruitiness and exceptional freshness.

Harvest: Hand-picked in open-work crates with careful sorting.

Ageing: French oak barrels, 30% new. 16–20 months.
Appellation: Bonnes Mares Grand Cru AOC, Côte de Nuits, Burgundy, France.
Grape Variety: 100% Pinot Noir.
Cellaring: Optimal 15–20 years, potential 30 years.
