Tasting Notes: Bright red with carmine highlights. The intense, elegant nose combines black fruits and cherry with violet, undergrowth, liquorice, white pepper and mocha. Concentrated yet fresh and rounded, the palate has supple, silky tannins, vibrant mineral detail and a long, spicy finish.
Food Pairing: Roast lamb with Mediterranean herbs; rabbit braised with prunes and ginger; Moroccan lamb tagine with warm spices.
