Blanc de Coralie is a white wine project by Coralie de Bouard, daughter of the legendary Hubert de Bouard de Laforest of Château Angélus. Sourced from Atlantic-influenced vineyards in the Bordeaux region, it reflects a fresh, vibrant, and modern approach to white winemaking.
The 2023 vintage is bright pale gold with a fresh and aromatic nose of citrus blossom, white peach, grapefruit, and a hint of fresh herbs. Crisp and lively on the palate with good acidity, a round mid-palate, and a clean, refreshing finish. An excellent aperitif or partner to seafood.
Appellation: Vin de l'Atlantique IGP. Grapes: Sauvignon Blanc, Sémillon. Food Pairing: Oysters, grilled fish, goat's cheese salad. Cellaring: Drink now to 2026.
