Tasting Notes: En Pallud is a Premier Cru vineyard in the northern part of Gevrey-Chambertin, known for producing wines that combine the power of the appellation with a refined, mineral character. Deep ruby with intense aromas of dark cherry, blackberry, crushed rock, cedar and a hint of game. The palate is full-bodied with firm but polished tannins, excellent concentration and a long, complex finish. A benchmark Premier Cru Gevrey from an outstanding 2021 vintage.
