100% Syrah
Vincent Paris has become a legend within Cornas, producing insanely drinkable wines from his six hectares of vines, most of which were inherited from his grandfather. ‘Granit 60’ refers to the soil and age of the vines. Fruit is ⅓ whole cluster fermented and is vinified in a combination of tank/barrel. This fresh and fruit-forward final wine is marked by flavors of red fruit, violets, cracked black pepper, and smoke.
